Active ingredients : Its tubers are used in Ayurvedic medicine . It contains about
Natural steroid saponin (10%-20%),
Polysaccaroids (35% to 45%),
Carbohydrates and proteins (5% to 7%).
Proteins : 5% to 7%
Fibre : 5% – 10 %
White Musli or Safed Musli is used for preparation of a health tonic in general and sexual debilities. As it is very rich in glycosides, it works very well in curing impotency. Safed Musli increases Sperm Count.
Best way to consume is to boil 1 tsp in a cup of milk for 15 to 20 minutes & drink at night before going to bed.
The Roots also help new mother in quality milk production & in eases breast feeding.
