Main Chemical constituents in Essential oils : 1,8 cineol, α-pinene, eugenol, camphor, methyl cinnamate and sesquiterpenes

Effect on Dosha : Pacifies Vata and Kapha

Dosage : Root Powder : 2 to 6 gms a day

Uses : It is especially useful in flatulence, dyspepsia, vomiting and sickness at stomach, Known as Herb for Seasickness in Ayurveda

Contradiction : This herb is not Recommended during Pregnancy. It is always better to consult a Herbalist
