Amba haldi is an aromatic stimulant, tonic and carminative. Widely used in skincare in India for its anti-bacterial properties.
It is known to protect skin from atmospheric pollution, wrinkles and bacteria. It imparts resistance against allergies of throat, nose and trachio branchial passage. Amba Haldi is commonly used in skincare preparations and treats pimples, acne and black heads. It helps prevent and slow the growth of unwanted superfluous hair.
It is an anti-dote to snake bite.Helps in indigestion, Bronchitis, Skin infection, Leukoderma
It helps in skin pigmentation, known to block excess melanin production. This wild turmeric is used in skin care, the other varities of turmeric are for culinary usage, although this also can be used food. It is an edible product.

Curcuma aromatica is called yujin by the Chinese, after its affect on stagnation (yu means stagnation; jin refers to the golden colour and to its ability to treat the lungs, the organ system associated with the metal element, for which gold is a symbol).
It contains aromatic volatile oils that help to remove excessive lipids from the blood, reduce aggregation of platelets (sticking of the blood cells to form masses), and reduce inflammation.
Curcuma is widely used in breakdown of cell accumulations such as tumours. The oily contents enhance fibronolysis(the system that breaks down fibrous proteins) and promote secretion of bile. which helps to clear congestion of liver, promote digestion of fats.
