Bath
Magnesium chloride can be added to your bath to create a relaxing and rejuvenating soak. Add 1-3 cups of Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate to your normal bath (preferably warm, not hot). Magnesium chloride improves skin barrier function, increases skin hydration, and helps to heal wounds. Magnesium chloride hexahydrate can be added to marine aquarium water to increase magnesium levels.
