At Herbalveda we endeavour to bring the product to you in a perfect condition.

If you are not satisfied with product or if it doesn’t reach you in perfect condition, we will be more than happy to replace the same item as long as we are informed within 72 hours of receipt, as long as no damage is done to the products.

Herbalveda is not responsible for any refunds, replacements or repayments after the initial 72 hr period.

We make every possible effort to send your order at the earliest. If the payment is received before 1:30pm the order is usually posted on the same day. Any orders received after this time will be posted the next working day. For all payments through cheques, your order will be posted once your cheque has cleared.

If your order does not reach you within 7 – 9 working days, after the payment has cleared, please inform us at Herbalveda at the earliest .

METHODS OF PAYMENTS

At Herbalveda We accept the Payments through almost all means. We accept all Major Cards, including Amex. You can transfer Funds into our Bank account, call our office to pay over the phone or through Pay Pal or by a cheque which can made payable to “Herbalveda” at the Address given below. POSTAL AND PACKAGING CHARGES

For UK & Europe :

Within UK : We only offer recorded delivery – either 1st class or second class on all of our parcels within the UK. Should you choose to pay extra for Next day delivery , it will be posted the same working day, as long as the payment comes through before midday. Otherwise, your items will be posted the next working day.

Outside UK. : We send all our parcel with recorded delivery option – to everywhere in the world outside of the UK. Should you choose to pay extra for Next day delivery , it will be posted the same working day, as long as the payment comes through before midday. All orders over the weight of 2Kg (including the packaging weight) will need to be shipped through couriers such as DPD, Parcel Force or DHL.
